Atlas Raska was born Saturday, May 5, 2018 at exactly 8:54 a.m. Born without any sign of life, he was very much alive in his Mother's Womb. Atlas was very active and attentive, responding to his sister's touch when she would rub mom's belly whispering softly, "hey baby". Atlas was born so handsome, resembling many features of his father. Before he was an angel in heaven, he was an angel to his parents here on earth, filling their hearts with joy, love, and wonder. Even in the womb, Atlas touched many hearts and will continue to do so. He will be greatly missed and always remembered."Sometimes, the smallest things take up the biggest room in your heart." - A.A. MilneAtlas is survived by his parents, Zachary and DeJanai Raska; sister, Zegen Raska; grandparents, Jerome Raska, Robbin Yelverton, Ardenia Black, Nancy and Jeff Szenderski, and Darrell Richmond; great-grandparents, Toni Black, Cecilia Raska, Dianna McQueen, and Cassell Richmond; Aunts and Uncles Deanisha Black, Dorai Black, Christina(Jeremy) Wilson, Rochelle (David) Silcox, and Heather (Ross) Mominee , Mike Szenderski and Noah Szenderski A Memorial Gathering will be taking place Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wessels & Wilk Funeral Home, 23690 Woodward Ave., Pleasant Ridge.
