Beulah K. Outland

Beulah Outland (known as Judy to her Michigan family and friends) passed away on May 14th at the age of 97. Beulah was born on January 3, 1926 in East Hanover, Pennsylvania to Herman and Ellen Hetrick. She is predeceased by sisters , Rosa, Eva, Ruth, Anna, Stella, Irene, Violet, Jenny and her brothers Roy, John and Herman. Her husband of 73 years, Brent Outland, passed on July 4, 2020.

Beulah spent the last year in assisted living and enjoyed visits from family, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, and playing Bingo with residents and staff. She was always pleased to win a game because that meant she could pick a gift from the prize box. She always had a pair of socks, a scarf, or a necklace that she wanted to pass along to family members.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Ralph) Koziarski, Pamela (Keith) Cunningham; Grandchildren, Jessamyn Smallenburg, Ashley (Mark) Thomas, Colby Cunningham, Taylor Cunningham, and Great granddaughter, Lyra Thomas.

A small private family burial service is planned.
