Cecilia Raska

Cecilia Raska , born July 10th, 1921 formerly of 32mile road Armada, MI where she worked the family farm with her husband of 43 years and their children. She was also employed by Dalsene Products in Richmond, MI and The Pottery in Mt. Clemens. Cecilia enjoyed flowers of all kind, gardening, music, (especially Polka's) and all of her family.Member of the Sterling Heights senior center and previous member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond, MI. Survived by her four children, two daughters Patricia (Benedict) Bertram, Kathleen Pate, and two sons, Gary (Janet) Raska and Jerome (Robbin Yelverton) Raska. Fourteen grandchildren and forty three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Leo, brother in law and special friend Gerald Whiting, thirteen brothers and sisters and great grandchild Atlas Raska.Friends and family are asked to celebrate a life well lived by wearing purple, hot pink and bright colors. Family and friends are asked to join together for a celebration of life Sunday, June 23rd from 1pm - 8pm with a family eulogy at 7pm at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, MI 48092. Cecilia will lay in state 10am Monday June 24thth until time of 11am celebration Mass at St Augustine Catholic Church, 8035 South Main Street, Richmond, MI 48062. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Richmond, MI.
