Kirk Schnettler passed away leaving behind a legacy of hard work, deep friendships, and a love for the simple joys of life. He is survived by his two children, Katie (Ian) Teal and Kyle (Rachel) Schnettler, and his significant other, Lynda. Kirk was a skilled brick mason for 32 years and a proud member of the Local 2 BAC Union, known for his craftsmanship and strong work ethic.
An avid outdoorsman, Kirk loved hunting, fishing, and spending time on his property, where he felt most at peace. In retirement, he embraced life at a slower pace, enjoying gardening, pickling, and perfecting his skills in the kitchen—he was an excellent cook who loved sharing meals with others. He also cherished time spent with friends, often accompanied by good conversation and a cold Budweiser. Kirk will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his hands-on talents, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
A celebration of life will be planned in the near future.
