Paul John Misiewicz

Paul John Misiewicz, age 65, formerly of Hamtramck, passed away April 6, 2018. Predeceased by parents Paul Anthony Misiewicz and Jane Jessie Misiewicz and brother Frederick Paul Misiewicz (July 19, 2017).Dearest brother and great friend to sister Janice and her husband Gil Lanoue, and son Gilbert Paul. Wonderful times were spent with them on Lake St. Clair in beautiful Belle River, Ontario.Survived by children Patrick Callico, Michele Kanan (Sean), Paul (Stephanie Starks), Vincent (Stefanie O'Connor) and Anthony (Nicole Caruso). Also survived by sister-in-law Linda Misiewicz.Grandfather to Peter, Giovanna, Patrick, Anne-Sophie, Juliet, Alex, Simone, Brian, Brooke, Brynn, Grace, Caden, and Colin.Uncle to Dwayne Blue and Tawnya (Dave) Church.Paul will be sorely missed by many cousins, especially Pla & Claudia and friends; none greater than Pat Kawa.Paul worked for Petitpren Distributors for many years and made innumerable friends along his routes. He was known for his passion for baseball and spent many hours (along with ex-wife Lisa) supporting his two youngest boys in Anchor Bay Angels, Anchor Bay High School, Aquinas and Michigan State College ball. He is cheering from heaven as Anthony battles his way through the Major League Minor Baseball system.Memorial celebration to be held at Wessels & Wilk Funeral Home, Friday, May 4, 2018 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
