Rita M. (Poupard) Farkas

Rita Mae Farkas, age 101, passed away July 29, 2021.

Rita was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Farkas; loving mother of Cheryl (Tony) Wilk and the late Ronald Farkas; devoted grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 6.

Visitation Tuesday, August 10, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wessels & Wilk Funeral Home, 23690 Woodward Ave., Pleasant Ridge, Michigan. Instate Wednesday, August 11, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 4571 John R Road, Troy, Michigan. Memorials are suggested to the Michigan Humane Society 30300 Telegraph Road, Suite 220, Bingham Farms, Michigan 48025.
